Complosive Speed

What is the facility?
This is the culmination of ten years refining and exacting a methodology not common to all other performance programs.  It focuses on speed, explosion, agility, balance, control and change of direction.
Who can join?
Any athlete from 9 years old up to professional.  We only have spots for 200 to 300 athletes so don't hesitate and come visit!
What is the cost?
We are going off of a gym format for payment every four weeks for a twelve month membership that is low and affordable.  There will be an initial extra cost for start-up and any additional training needed to enhance and continue the higher level progression.  This is so most athletes have  as the only thing stopping any athlete is the lack of serious devotion and focus.

When can I start?
Come in and visit first.  Once you decide it's the best fit in achieving your athletic potential, you can start that day!
